Company " Janus " has been established in 1992 and has begun it’s activity from wholesale deliveries of books from Russia to Latvia. At present bookshops «Janus» gives an excellent possibility to find books from all largest Russian publishing houses: from fiction up to specialized directories and textbooks. In addition to books, we supply our Latvian customers with - training programs, audio production, games, the writing good, stationary goods.. In 1995 «Janus» has opened the first retail shop and at present time «Janus» includes more over than 30 bookshops and trading places in large cities of Latvia: Riga, Daugavpils, Liepaja, Yelgava, Jürmala, Ventspils. Wholesale trade is presented in 5 directions: book production, stationary goods, periodicals publications, the industrial goods, CD with training programes and games. Wholesale departments of firm provide deliveries of orders both in large trading networks, and in small shops across all Latvia. For convenience of amateurs of books, especially for those who is very busy and also for whom it is convenient to choose goods through the Internet, we have created the first Latvian book Internet-shop «Janus» which specializes on sale of books published by the largest Russian houses.
