Then press button " Continue ". (Lines marked in grey colour it is unnecessary to fill). Then press button " Continue ".
4. " Registration of the order ". Fill all points necessary for registration of the order. (Lines marked in grey colour it is unnecessary to fill). Then press the button " To make the order ".
